I first saw Ann Pickard at a sugarcraft show in Dublin. She was demonstrating how to make some really cute little animals in just a few seconds! The shop that I was working in at the time purchased some of Ann’s books to sell, and they were a real hit!
What I liked most about Ann’s books was the really easy to follow, step-by-step way it was written. She even includes templates so that you know exactly how big to make each piece of icing that you are working on!
Ann’s website has some great video tutorials that are really easy to follow. Have a look at this one where she shows you how to make little dogs!
Now for an interview with Ann!
